The employee's job satisfaction affects the production efficiency of the organization and stability of human resources,which will promote future development of the enterprise.In recent years,foreign and domestic scholars have a lot of research and produced more mature employee satisfaction scale.However,these research conclusions have not been unified,it does not necessarily apply to all industries.The foreground of machinery manufacturing industry is very considerable for the pace of rapid development.Though machinery manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly in recent years,there have been some problems,especially in employee turnover and talent mismatch.As a major force in machinery manufacturing,it is necessary to study the job satisfaction of grass-roots staff and middle-level staff.We take the grass-roots and middle-level staff of parts machinery manufacturing enterprises in Suzhou City as the research object.And the employee satisfaction is analyzed by using the method of questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis.Study found that the factors mainly influencing staff job satisfaction of mechanical manufacturing is the work itself,work reward,work groups,work environment,leadership behavior and organization management.Research shows that behavior of the leader,work itself and work reward have a significant effect on job satisfaction by correlation analysis and regression analysis.There is a positive correlation but no significant effect between organizational management,work groups and environment of three dimensions and job satisfaction.It finds that level of education,work experience,jobs position and enterprise nature of these four variables have significant differences in the overall employee satisfaction by difference test.At last,this paper puts forward the suggestions to improve employee's job satisfaction in machinery manufacturing industry.
