| The research focused on the essential factors of employee's job stress and job satisfaction, analyzed the relation between them. There were two parts in this study mainly, the first part was preparatory stage of theory, that was also domestic and international document summary part, on the base of reading a lot of research document, the author first proposed basic research method and gave some hypotheses. The second part was demonstrational part; questionnaire was studied. 172 Chinese employees (valid sample) from the enterprises were surveyed through questionnaires test. In this paper, based on the literature review, those calculations were handled and analyzed on the software of SPSS11.5 the factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and analysis of variance were used in this paper, the study offered basis for this paper conception ,and the hypotheses were largely supposed. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Employee's job stress exist three dimensions. They are the work atmosphere, career development, work overload, role conflict and ambiguity.2. Job satisfaction structure includes six areas, namely the satisfaction of personal growth, the return to work satisfaction, the satisfaction of working conditions, the satisfaction of work tasks, the working relationship satisfaction, and the enterprise environment satisfaction.3. Each dimension of employee's job satisfaction was positively related to job satisfaction.4. Each dimension of employee's job stress was positively related to job stress.5. Employee's job pressure was negatively related to job satisfaction.6. In the demographic variables, the age has a significant impact on each variable. The education has an impact on personal development, working return, working condition, and other demographic variables have no significant impact. Especially the marriage, age and job are not any significant differences, which may be related to the distribution of samples. |
