Study On Mode And Path Of New Industrialization And New Urbanization Coordinated Development In Guangxi

The new industrialization is the force of urbanization and the new urbanization is the support of industrialization. Under the new economic norm, the coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization is the inevitable choice. Based on the current situation of the development of social economy and resource environment, complying with the trend of the times: "The Belt and Road" and China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the paper put forward the coordinated development road of new industrialization and new urbanization. The coordinated development status of new industrialization and new urbanization is directly related to the overall efficiency and quality of Guangxi economic and social development.By closely linking to the new industrialization and new urbanization connotation of the times and combining with the particularity of Guangxi economic development, the paper establishes a new type of industrialization and new urbanization indicators. By coupling and coordination degree model, the coordinated development level of new industrialization and new urbanization in Guangxi is measured. Use the data of 2004 – 2014 in Guangxi to do econometric model and to investigate the influence of new industrialization and new urbanization collaborative factors in Guangxi. The factors are: the development of labor resources utilization, per capital GDP, agricultural productivity, new industrialization and new urbanization development level of deviation.According to the results of empirical analysis and combined with the particularity of economic development in Guangxi, the paper put forward two development models: the deep processing of agricultural characteristics urbanization collaborative development model and heavy industry agglomeration urbanization coordinated development model. Then, the paper put forward four coordinated development path, they are: fully improve labor resource utilization, agricultural productivity, the per capital GDP and reduce the deviation of new industrialization and new urbanization. At last, the paper put forward the specific measures to promote the coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization in Guangxi.This paper tries to explore suitable mode and path for new industrialization and new urbanization collaborative development in Guangxi through the research of new industrialization and new urbanization coordinated development, the purpose is to provide suggestions for the coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization and provide experience for new urbanization and new industrialization's coordinated development in other regions of China.
