After China’s entry into the WTO, China’s economy has achieved great success. In 2014, China continued to maintain the status of the world’s first goods trade country, the contribution rate of the world economic growth averaged 18%. However, according to the end of 2014, the WTO website anti-dumping database statistics,China suffered a total of 1052 anti-dumping investigations, nineteen consecutive years to become the most anti-dumping investigation of the country. In the top 7countries in China, the developing countries occupy five seats, and other emerging markets, such as developing countries, have become the main force of anti-dumping against China. Under this situation,In order to maintain the healthy development of China’s export trade to developing countries, and to expand trade exports to developing countries. it is important to analyze the development of China’s anti dumping problem in developing countries.First of all, defined the relevant theory of anti-dumping,and analyzes the general situation of developing countries’ anti-dumping against China. Analysis of five major developing countries: India, Argentina, Brazil, Turkey and Mexico’s anti-dumping situation, found that this countries’ anti-dumping mechanism exist loopholes, anti dumping country distribution mainly in China, large gaps between the bilateral trade, product structure is too similar, the amount of money involved is huge and anti-dumping tax rate is too high. In general, developing countries’ anti-dumping against China is becoming more and more serious.Secondly, based on the trade gravity model, selected countries by GDP,anti-dumping investigation number,China imports from developing countries as affect export factors, and found that developing countries’ anti-dumping investigation number was negatively correlated with China’s exports, and both significant in short and long time.It shows that developing countries’ anti-dumping against China is not conducive to the expansion of China’s exports to these countries.Suggestions:From the macro, meso and micro level, the government, industry associations and enterprises "three body linkage" working mechanism to deal with the anti-dumping in developing countries to expand China’s exports to these countries. From the government’s perspective, government should be changed into more service and supervision,in macro to ensure its economic growth, strengthen cooperation between countries, balance imports and exports, creating a good trading environment, while not excluding revenge effect; From industry association’perspective, industry association should be changed into more leading, constructs the early warning mechanism, responding to the team training, the establishment of responding to the fund. From enterprises’ perspective, enterprises should to do goods differentiation, take a diversified export strategy, and actively respond,if necessary investment overseas directly.
