In 1995-2013, there are 42 countries initiated anti-dumping investigations or anti-dumping measures in the world. Among them, 23 developing countries initiated 631 anti-dumping investigations against China, and China launched 63.80% of the world’s total number of anti-dumping investigations. Furthermore, there are 457 anti-dumping measures against Chinese, accounting for 63.74% the world’s anti-dumping measures against China’s. This shows that developing countries have become the main force of China’s anti-dumping countries. Due to the impact of anti-dumping import and export countries are different, so research in developing countries on China’s anti-dumping trade effects have important practical significance. However, the current empirical research mainly in European countries developed on Chinese anti-dumping as a sample, less estimated antidumping developing countries China Trade. Therefore, based on existing research in 1995 and 2013 in developing countries on China’s anti-dumping data, analyze the overall situation of China’s anti-dumping in developing countries. The results showed that the growth, from 1995 to 2013 in developing countries the number of anti-dumping investigations China grew 16.40% on average, the number of anti-dumping measures in China grew 9.28% on average, more than in developed countries the average growth rate of China’s anti-dumping; divided country Although, the top five countries on China’s anti-dumping India, Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico; sub-sectors, the former six were anti-dumping trade is common metals and products; chemical industrial products; machinery, electronic equipment and parts; glass and ceramics; textiles; plastic products. To test the effect of anti-dumping trade, we use 1995-2012 data Argentine anti-dumping on Chinese products, from trade diversion effect damage effects and two aspects of China estimated Argentina’s anti-dumping trade effects. The results showed that the damaging effects of anti-dumping biggest chemical industrial products, followed by ordinary metals and products, machinery, electronic equipment and parts products and minerals. The anti-dumping trade destructive effect on vehicles, aircraft and other transportation equipment, wood products and miscellaneous manufactured articles aspects are not significant; trade diversion effect is the largest chemical industrial products, followed by ordinary metals and products, machinery, electronic equipment and parts products, wood products, vehicles, aircraft and other transportation equipment, miscellaneous products, mineral products.Based on the above analysis, in order to improve China’s trade performance in the developing markets, we believe that the Chinese government macro-control efforts to increase foreign trade and industry associations should enhance coordination, and export enterprises to improve the management level, in order to effectively most developing countries to deal with China’s anti-dumping.
