Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Tea Standardization Of Jiangxi Province

Jiangxi was the major of tea producing province in China. The tea planting area reached 75563 hm2, the stem primary yield achieved 44300 t, and output value broken through 6 billion yuan in 2014.Tea industry has become a pillar industry in the development of local agriculture and rural economy. But with the continuous improvement of people's standard of living and quality safety awareness, the problem of tea quality was getting more and more concern by tea consumers. At the same time, Jiangxi was vigorously implementing the brand strategy of tea, focusing on creating "four Green and one Black " tea brand of Lushan mist tea, Wuyuan green tea, Fu Liang tea, Suichuan Gougunao tea, Xiushui Ning Black tea. Full implementation standardization of tea was the only way for the development of tea industry implementation in Jiangxi province, that it has important practical significance, in order to enhance the level of quality and safety of tea products, coordinate with the construction of tea bands, and constantly improve the tea standardization system.The author made a comprehensive exposition of the concept, main task, classification,and main characteristics, ect. connotation of tea standardized in this paper, and briefly reviewed the development course of it in china. Through consulting lots of literature,consulting relevant departments and combined with their own work,the writer has collected a large number of facts and data related tea industry development and the local tea standardization in Jiangxi, evaluated the advantage of the development of tea industry in Jiangxi and constraints, elaborated developing situation, analyzed the problem and restrictive factors in concept consciousness, the current standard of the tea system,regulation and the quality detection. In the end, the development countermeasure of tea standardization was put forward in Jiangxi, referring to the specific national and Fujian, Zhejiang and other area.
