Standardization In Housing Industrialization

Residential architecture is the most close architecture style with people. Housing building is very important for the country's economy and people's life. The governments of develop countries all successfully solved the problem of people living and developed their country'economic by policy of housing industrialization. But, it has more difficulties on the road of housing industrialization in our country. The original intention of this paper is to find the right road of housing industrialization in China.The research in this paper is based on standardization science , the theory of housing Industrialization and the experience of housing Industrialization in develop countries and to find the problem in our countries'housing Industrialization from the angle of standardization. At last, it arrived at some conclusions of standardization in housing industrialization through analyzing the structure of housing industry. It has 5 parts in this paper.Part 1 is the topic research. In this part, it has the background, content, method, purpose and framework in research.Part 2 is the research of concepts of these theories. In this part, we discussed concepts of standard, standardization, housing industry, housing industrialization and researched the method of standardization and the structure of housing industry.Part3 is the research of the history of standardization and housing industrialization in develop countries and our country.Part4 is the research in process of standardization in housing industrialization.Part5 is the research of architecture modulus.
