Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Tourism Agriculture In Wenzhou City

The strategies for promoting the sustainable development of the Agri-tourism are put forward by a maturing business model, the attracting by participating in the experience from tourist, the better tourist environment and innovation consciousness.The article hold that Wenzhou City offers many advantages, including its good agricutural basics, prolific natural resource, well-based economic foundation, spacious market expectation, by analyzing the development status and its advantages.The writer made a meta-analysis about the attitude and willingness of urban residents depending on the investigation questionnaire. It came to the conclusion through sociodemographic, behavior charateristic model and willingness of tourism. The data presented that agri-tourism is a product standing between luxury goods and necessities,which doesn’t have a high requirement of the incoming level of the tourist and suitable for all kinds of professions.Based on the development situation of the Pingyang Wangxin Eco-tourism village and Cangnan Sun-moon-lake village, it came to the conclusion of many disadvantages,including the lack of local characteristic for Its monotonous project, the overall planing for week infrastructure, the bibcock-driving for insufficient policy support, the innovation ability for talent shortage. The strategies for promoting the sustainable development of the agri-tourism are put forward, in which the development of agri-tourism was based on government functions in order to enhance the social function. The development mode of agri-tourism should be positioned and innovative in science. The advanced sales approach and stepping up our outreach efforts should be introduced. It could be strengthen the activities in the interactive experience for the distinguishing feature.Also, cultivating universities and villages together protected the agricultural human resources in both service and agr-tourism.
