Study On The Development Path Of Agricultural Informatization In Jiangxi Province

In January 19, 2015, the Ministry of agriculture of Agricultural Informatization Leading Group held a meeting to implement the meeting of the central rural work conference and the national agricultural work to promote agricultural informatization policies and arrangements, meeting approved in principle the "global agricultural survey data analysis system" measures for the implementation of the "Internet plus"modern agriculture three year action plan ". And that, to the development of the concept of innovation, harmony, green, open, sharing and implement the whole process of various industries in various fields to promote agricultural informatization,continue to promote agricultural things demonstration, agricultural e-commerce,information villages and households and other key work, put the information into a village as an important starting point for the agricultural sector to promote agricultural e-commerce the main body, strengthen the rural informatization construction,organize government workers, cadres and peasants' agricultural information application ability training policies. From this point can be found, attention to China's agricultural informatization construction is increasing, also the agricultural informatization as an important means and necessary support for the realization of agricultural modernization.In general, the modernization of China's agriculture, agricultural informatization still exposed many problems, problems in different regions, the agricultural informatization construction issues, are different from each other. Therefore, the research on agriculture of Jiangxi Province in the central region as the research object,in a comprehensive analysis of the Jiangxi Province in recent years, the achievements of the construction of agricultural information, the bull management causes the waste of resources, the development of agricultural information resources integration and in-depth analysis the results are poor, part of township agricultural information channels, the agricultural information service of agricultural information service is not perfect, lack of talent and other aspects; and the lack of government investment,information consciousness of agricultural workers weak, rural informatization equipment penetration rate is not high, the low level of industrialization of agriculture,agricultural information service demand inhibited the outflow of agricultural labor severely reduces the demand of agricultural information and analysis of the cause of the problem. Compared with domestic and foreign advanced experience of the construction of agricultural information, this study suggests that the government led agricultural information and support, computer network technology has been widely used in the field of urban agriculture, pay attention to the high and new technology todrive the development of the three aspects of agricultural informatization in Jiangxi province is worth reference and use. Finally, this study from the macro and micro two aspects, put forward the future path of the construction of agricultural information in Jiangxi province.
