Agricultural Informatization Build-up(AIB) is one important part of Chinese information construction.AIB is intended to develop and apply modern information technology into the field of agriculture in a wide comprehension in order to infiltrate it into agricultural production,exchange, marketing,consumption,distribution and various concrete links in the rural economic development,thus raising the agricultural production efficiency and level drastically.This paper focuses on how to speed up the agricultural informatization construction in Fujian,and gives a great length to the connotation of the agricultural informatization.By studying the current situation of domestic and foreign agricultural informatization,the paper also analyzes the key research area of the overseas agricultural informatization,the trend of development and the success experience of them.Meanwhile,combining with the fact of the social economy and the reality of me agricultural development of Fujian,this paper,in accordance with current situation of the agricultural informatization construction of Fujian and the main problems in this process,analyzes the reasons for these problems,at the same time the writer makes stand out the focal points during the agricultural informatization construction in Fujian and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The following works have to be done:to build a solid foundation, by integrating information resources;do a good job on the demonstrations of rural and social specialized organizations,by giving priority to the effects of informatization;break through the bottleneck of rural informatization,by improving rural education systems, information collection and release;improve the environment of informatization,by setting up province-county-town-village 4-class platforms;improve the diversification system of information services,by using 5 networks including the traditional and modern medias;improve the rural community management,by developing 6 application systems such as rural affairs information system. |
