Research On Follow-up Service System Of Rural Biogas Construction

It plays a pivotal role for the rural biogas engineering and technology through the development of modern ecological recycled agriculture and comprehensive utilization of waste resources by use of agricultural waste pollution sources,as it can provide a renewable clean energy,improve the living environment,prevention and control of environmental pollution,to improve farmers' living standards, prevent diseases and insect pests. However,with the rapid development of rural biogas,country attaches great importance to the construction of biogas engineering, and at all levels in the area,the problems about management are despised seriously,such as,the breakdown maintenance,pool body refueling,less fermentation raw materials,low management consciousness,and poor security situation is common. After built up the large and medium-sized biogas projects with strong technical,well operational,when this large and medium-sized biogas station get to work,the "three low" situation are appeared : That is, project operation rate is low, the effect of gas low, the economic benefits of engineering is low. On the other hand, small partnerships gas supply biogas engineering was built,then the " three NO's" situation always are appeared :That is,no one to manage and maintain,no one to feed and discharge,no one to check and repair. It becomes the urgent task to explore building the biogas technology network structure with technical specifications and technical evaluation techniques system according to the rural characteristics,that it can satisfy the need of users,and to adapt to the requirement of rural.In this paper,the rural biogas engineering and technology follow-up service system has carried on the comprehensive investigation and study,analysis the follow-up service problem of the current rural biogas construction,we found that rural biogas constructions are widespread lack of follow-up service system to build rural biogas follow-up technical personnel transfer, service management system is not sound,and there are low subsidy standard problems. By thousands of, through investigation and analysis on the construction of rural biogas follow-up service system in Wanan county,The "association lead the host" type service technology, technology demonstration study practice and technological innovations, we integrating with hilly site service coverage, wide range of users involved, the rural characteristics of weak economic foundation, to explore suitable for Jiangxi hilly biogas service system construction.
