Study On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Biogas Technology Promotion In Yiyang

Rural biogas is an essential part of the rural infrastructure construction in our country, the development of rural biogas is the scientific use of biological resources is an effective way to conform to our country’s sustainable development strategy, with the rural economic and social development there is a close relationship. Vigorously develop the rural biogas can effectively relieve the tense situation of rural energy in China, but also can promote rural agricultural engineering, energy saving and emission reduction to protect rural ecological environment in our country, improve rural sanitation and plays an important role on promoting the construction of new socialist countryside. So the analysis of rural biogas construction situation, solve the problems of rural biogas construction, put forward new ideas of the development of rural biogas, promoting sustained and healthy development of rural biogas has very important significance.In this paper, based on the relevant theories of popularizing agricultural science and technology, this paper investigates the present conditions of the rural biogas construction in comprehensive investigation and study; Analysis of the current significance, problems exist in the process of rural biogas technology popularization, found in rural biogas construction, technology and service, there are still gaps in funding level needs to improve, biogas fermentation raw material is unitary, the commercial energy a dramatic impact on biogas and low efficiency of the comprehensive utilization of some outstanding problems; Combined with the actual situation of Yiyang city to analyze the causes of these problems, and improve farmers’ cognition, government function, perfect service system, integrate social resources, to carry out the aspects of technical innovation in the rural biogas construction development direction and strategy.
