Study On The Main Problems And Countermeasure Of Agricultural Intellectual Property Protection In Jiangxi Proxince

As science and technology are the primary competition of the current society, China should spare no efforts to its improvement and pay more attention to the protection of agricultural intellectual property so as to take a road of brand agriculture. Our advantage which was relied on the natural resources and low-cost labor force has been no longer effective at present. Depending on traditional agriculture, and is regarded as one of the biggest agricultural provinces in China, Jiangxi province is still lagging behind and maintains a great gap between the top level in the world.There is no doubt that advanced science and technology in agricultural field still requires an efficient intellectual property system. Based on relevant research results at home and abroad, the thesis builds its foundation on agricultural intellectual property and its protection, and discusses the main problems exist in this field of Jiangxi:(1) Lack of innovation ability and few in number of independent innovated agricultural products;(2)Unsound agricultural science and technology market system, and poor trading of agricultural intellectual property in the technical market;(3)Ineffective environment and insufficient acting of the government role in protecting agricultural intellectual property;(4)Protecting of the power body of agricultural intellectual property is not in place and thus leading to a massive loss of property rights and interests;(5)Famers' consumption capacity of innovated agricultural products remains small, and the buyer markets is scanty;(6)The level of agricultural scientific and technological information keeps low, and information exchanging is impeded.Based on the above analysis, the author brings up the following strategies:(1) Strengthen agricultural science and technology innovation from the source;(2)Perfect Jiangxi agricultural technology market;(3)Enhance governments' role in agriculture;(4)Do more to better protect the rights and interests of agricultural intellectual property;(5)Improve farmers' consumption ability of agricultural knowledge products;(6)Maintain a sound agricultural information system.
