Grey incidence analysis is not only the important component of grey system theory, but also the cornerstone of analysis, modeling, forecasting and decision-making of grey system. With grey system theory is promoted and applied in each aspect, more and more people will pay attention to grey incidence analysis. In this dissertation, grey incidence analysis theory and its application are studied and summarized, some shortages of the existing grey incidence analysis models are discussed, grey T's correlation degree and degree of grey slope incidence are improved and studied in order that the grey incidence models are well applied to analyze the practical problem. In conclusion, the work of this dissertation is mainly composed of the following several aspects:Firstly, the domestic and overseas research achievements of grey incidence analysis theory and its application are systematically summarized,as well as the main research content of this dissertation.Secondly, grey incidence degree and their existing problems are systematically expounded and summarized, the reasons are analyzed in detail and the general conclusions are given, and the data transformation technology is studied.Thirdly, according to the theoretical shortages of the models themselves and the restriction in application, grey T's correlation degree and degree of grey slope incidence are improved and studied. The improved ones overcome some shortages of the existing grey incidence degree, and have superiority to the original ones. Finally, the improved one is applied to analyze the relation of science and technology investment and the economy increase in Jiangsu Province in order to confirm the validity and the usability of the improved one.
