Study On The Development Of The Third Party Payment Companies And The Commercial Banks From Symbiosis Perspective

Being the typical representative of the Internet finance,as we know that the third party payment is promoting the traditional financial to the direction of the digital finance and the mobile finance in order to provide strong financial support for the Chinese manufacturing and service economies in the transition period.the third party payment companies were not just locating in the situation of the main business innovation and government departmentsstrong supervision,but also face the increased competitive pressures from the commercial banks.How to seize opportunities to develpo and group better,that is not only concerned to the development,but also affected the development of the Internet finance in China.Therefore,analysising and researching the development road of third party payment companiess besides the practical significance, also has the theoretical value.Firstly,the paper learned and researched the related literature of the symbiosis theory.with using the symbiosis theory to study the third party payment companies’ optimization of the symbiotic systems,the article revealed the symbiotic relationship from third party payment companies with their competitor that is commercial banks because of they are having business contact,building a symbiotic system.and then contrasted the ideal symbiosis symbiotic system with the president system that they have been formed,pointed out the shortcomings of the current system of coexistence,used the evolutionary game model to explained the intrinsic motivation of the system optimization.analyzed the symbiotic system’s influence of the external environment at the same time,exploring the possibility of the symbiotic system optimization.based on the symbiotic qualitative discussion,Furtherly,the paper analysised the symbiotic system dynamic characteristics、stability and operation mode, established the Logistic symbiotic growth model of third party payment companies and commercial banks straightforwardly.studied the symbiotic growth dynamic change and influencing factors quantitatively.the empirical studies have shown that:if adjusted the related influence factors, the existing environmental conditions can carry the symbiotic system optimization of third party payment companies and commercial banks. According to the discussion,the paper from three aspects of coordinating the symbiotic unit, improving the symbiosis mode, optimizing the symbiotic environment,the paper presenting suggestions that optimizing the symbiotic system.From the perspect of third party payment companies,the paper have used the symbiosis theory to study the third party payment companies’optimization of the symbiotic systems,in oreder to chase down the sustainable and good way to help the development path of the third party payment companies and even for the Internet financial.
