In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology in the world,China’s e-commerce industry matures and gradually penetrated all aspects of people’slives. The cash flow of E-commerce is solved by online banks and third-party paymentplatform. Early in the development of electronic commerce, the lack of traditionalcommercial banks in the online payment business provides opportunities for the birth anddevelopment of third party payment companies. China has been found in a number ofthird-party payment companies, such as "Alipay","PayPal","Shouyi Credit","IPAY"online payment and so on. These third-party payment companies are importantsupplement to commercial banks and also played a considerable role in promoting thedevelopment of electronic commerce. The rapid development of third-party payment hasaroused the attention of the commercial banks. For any bank, the electronic paymentmarket can not be ignored. Banks made effort on the online payment services. Theseinitiatives have a direct third-party payment companies to compete with the threat.The objects of this paper are two types of entities in online payment service: thethird-party payment and online banking, and to explore both in the development ofcompetitive and cooperative relations. At present, the development of electroniccommerce in the world has become a trend and trends, its low cost, all-weather, efficientand convenient advantage has been more extensive attention. Commercial banks andthird-party payment involves e-commerce activities in the most important link of capitalflow, the need to establish long-term cooperative relationship in order to accelerate thespeed of capital flows, reduce intermediate costs, the advantages of e-commerce low-costcarriers to get to play, and complement each other in the business mutual cooperation insecurity technology and profit model of innovation and win-win situation, to worktogether to build and improve the electronic payment market. This article frome-commerce online payment point of view, a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of afundamental conflict of commercial banks and third-party payments where third-partypayment enterprise development profile, as well as the advantages and disadvantages ofboth commercial banks, mutual relations were extracted, induction and analysis, andproposed to optimize the cooperation between banks and the relationship betweenmeasures and the cooperation should focus on resolving problems of reality there is acertain reference value.
