Rresearch On The Project Quality Management Of A Water Group

With the overall economic and social development,increasingly improved living standards,people are increasingly high demand for water supply,urban water supply facilities in the task of building more significant.A Water Holdings Group major lines of business organized manufacturing,selling water,etc.,with the increase in business and expansion project,the quality of management in A Water Holdings Group exposed a lot of problems,so this paper empirical research analyzed and improved to better address the quality of the project management aspects of A Water Group currently exist.This paper reviews the theoretical literature on three key aspects,factors of quality control,quality improvement methods,such as quality management system of construction engineering quality management basic theory summarized;then internal and external environment in A Water Holdings Group analyzed,including water industry status quo analysis,analysis of present situation quality management system and analysis;then,according to the status A Water Holdings Group project quality management,first through case studies,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to analyze the survey to participate in the employee,process management,incentive management technical program development and communication management,project quality management in several aspects.Finally,based on the presence of summed A Water Holdings Group's quality management problems,according to the relevant theoretical literature proposes a five-point quality improvement measures:(1)determine the quality policy;(2),specification of technical standards;(3)optimization parties of communication;(4)improve the quality of human resources management;(5)improve the assessment scoring system.
