On The Model Of Rural Population Transfer In The Local Urbanization In Anhui Province

Urbanization is the inevitable requirement of China's socio-economical development,and is the path we need to take to develop a modern country.Since the middle and late 1980 s of last century,the process of urbanization has been accelerated with a large number of rural migrant workers expanding in middle and large cities.It has rapidly developed the permanent urban residents' life,while some prominent problems facing China's urbanization process caused by off-site transfer also exist.They include city diseases,“villages in urban” “leftover children” “empty-nest elderly” and “empty and desolate cities”.As a result,social stability is disadvantaged and healthy development is hindered.Therefore,this thesis studies the model of local population in Anhui Province,and the support of the model by theoretical study,contrastive analysis and typical cases to promote the new urbanization and provide experiences for the new,people-centered urbanization in central and western regions and development of citizenization of rural residents.Taking the constructing of new urbanization as a leading part,this thesis researches model of local urbanization,arranges the relevant theories and reviewes a series of problems caused by traditional model of urbanization so as to find the strategic meaning of local urbanization in the constructing of neo-urbanization.It also analyzes the fundamental tendency of population transfer appearing in near ten years and the industrial shift demonstration zone of the city cluster along Anhui-Yangtze River through statistical data,which further have strengthened the feasibility of constructing this new urbanization in Anhui Province.On the basis of such analysis,dilated large cities,ecological modern small-medium cities and the constructing of center-circled towns have been concluded in the model of this new urbanization.Later the thesis perspective analyzes specific measures of each type in promoting new urbanization and solving problems existing in this model from perspective of comprehensive and individual analysis,mainly concerning industrial development,reform of household registration and land system,environmental protection,improvement of urban infrastructure and service.In the last,it proposes relevant countermeasures.
