| According to the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,for rural tourism,the meeting pointed out that rural tourism as the combination of the modernization of agriculture and tourism,as one of the important ways to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",will be in the "Thirteen-Five" period ushered in a significant development opportunity,and become a strategic in a number of countries.Rural tourism can sustainable development will be directly related to the implementation of the " Thirteen-Five" program,and the vast rural areas have a profound impact.With the accelerated process of urbanization and the residents’ living standard unceasing enhancement,making rural tourism has a broad prospect and market demand.As an agricultural country,with its rich tourism resources,provides a precondition for developing rural tourism.Rural tourism has great development in the vast rural regions,because the most important means is rural tourism can drive the development of local economy.But with the development of rural tourism,more and more problems are exposed.Economic benefit has been the main reason for developing rural tourism,and social and cultural benefits has been ignored.In addition,with the influx of residents in rural areas of the city,bringing capital flow as well as also tending to altering the characteristics of rural tourism,such as the language and dress to be assimilated,buildings are not coordinated,tourism products are similar...Its stakeholders protection awareness is weak and low levels of manage,tourism planning is lack of scientific nature,legal system is imperfect and other reasons,making tourist destinations has been "commercialization" and "urbanization","the village" face the losing.Although the rural tourism development in full swing,at present,the development of rural tourism in China is still in a stage of transformation.Qiqiao ancient village is located in Nanjing Gaochun district,bordering with international Slow City,is the world’s second largest Confucius descendants together,be known as the first ancient village of Jinling.The cultural mechanism is well preserved,and besides Xidi and Hongcun,is saving relatively complete ancient village in Anhui.In recent years,the Qiqiao Government respond positively to the policy calls for developing rural tourism and promote economic development.But Qiqiao villages in rural tourism development is not yet big enough,the environment and other social issues also affect the development of local tourism.By establishing an objective,comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system of village,to Qiqiao is a great significance for the sustainable development of ancient village tourism.The paper make Qiqiao village for research object,based on the summary of the paint scholars building the rural tourism village,on the basis of the evaluation index,such as sustainable development theory and human geography related theory as the instruction,using questionnaire survey method,entropy right method,fuzzy integrated evaluation method,and with EXCEL form analysis method,established has including natural ecological,farming production,residents life,and tourism service for II level index and 24 a three level index evaluation system,take qualitative and quantitative phase combined of method,to evaluated Qiqiao ancient village tourism villages,based on tourist perception of perspective studies,Qiqiao in the countryside of strength and the influence which indicators specific to the existence in the countryside,strive to give a direction for the future development of ancient villages and countermeasures for the resolution of problems arising in the development process.By constructing evaluation index system,the conclusions:(1)rural total score of 5 points,Qiqiao ancient villages have divided into 4.2644,shows visitors for Qiqiao tourism as a whole in the level of "agree",rurality remain good."Living" scored 4.4062,larger contribution to the whole rurality,"agricultural production" scored lowest,at 4.0844,from a certain extent weakened the country;(2)the index of level 3,"using farming activities","tools" "animals use entropy were 0.8781,0.8641,0.8464,the greater the entropy values,show that the less index information,much less weight,contribute less in the country."Rural landscape","historical and cultural characteristics" entropy were 0.5220,0.5325,that’s contribution to the country;(3)Qiqiao Government has been great importance to strengthen the protection of "farming culture"."Farming culture" is one of the important aspects of ancient village tourism development,but visitors to Qiqiao perceived lowest worst reaction,mainly owing to population movements including villages,widespread single crop species and farm using inadequate.Government needs to improve the tourism management way,to make full use of local manpower and material resources,to ensure coordination of tourism development,forming a complete travel industry chain.These will be the main measures to ensure the sustainable development of rural tourism. |
