With the development of tourism and people's high enthusiasm of returning to nature, forest ecological tourism has become a tourism way of high demand. The core of this article is to infuse a new element for forest ecological tourism--forest eco-culture, the purpose is to put the pluralistic cultural content into the tourism planning, to create a ecological recreation ground for people to know forest, aware of it, protect it, depend on it and use it. From the angle of human and nature harmony, it has long-term development significance.At present, the research on actual cases of forest eco-cultural tourism planning theory and method discussing are short, the paper tries to explore a set of method system about preliminary research and the actual planning which is mainly based on the summary of some practical experience in a similar field at home and abroad, and takes them into the Shenzhen Yuanshan park planning.The theory part mainly discusses forest eco-culture, eco-culture connotation, forest eco-culture carrier and forest eco-cultural tourism concept definition, and summaries the forest ecol-culture carrier construction types, forest eco-cultural tourism research contents and methods, etc. The practice part mainly adopts research methods like literature review, field investigation, questionnaire, inductive analysis, etc, through data collection and extract, conducts a comprehensive research work in the early planning. The content and conclusion in each article part is much specific and detailed, briefly summarized the main research results are as follows: 1) the pearl river delta and Shenzhen forest eco-culture contents are both universal and special, and because of its geo-historical reasons, Marine and Hakka Culture connotation are included; 2) Shenzhen forest recreation resources are relatively abundant, but there are some problems in the overall size and quantity, theme development, culture fusion; 3) the results that public have different preferences on forest recreation resources can guide planning to carry out; 4) The overall forest resource level is higher in Yuanshan,which supplies strong forest eco-culture construction suitability.The end of this paper is to carry out forest eco-cultural tourism planning in Yuanshan, the main content in planning of forest is based on previous study conclusions including the forest eco-culture adaptability, the geographical forest resources characteristics, the ecological demand satisfaction of public, as well as the actual situation of Yuanshan resources. Planning takes ‘ecology cares about health, and culture integrates into life' for the idea, creates five core functional zones : forest recreation function zone, physical therapy experience zone, forest recreational sport zone, eco-culture exhibition in Miaojue Temple and eco-culture leisure zone in Tanxian Temple, in which plans transport, attractions, activities, products and illustration system, and the attractions, activities, products is tailor-made for Yuanshan to spread the representation of the forest eco-culture as the core content.The innovation of this paper can be listed as the following: firstly, the core values of the planning is the forest eco-culture, which allows planning to convey it on multi-level; Secondly, the planning adopts the way of research planning which is determined by specific research and analysis in the part of construction of the whole content and suitability, not by planners of the subjective thinking and experience as the leading factor; Thirdly, besides of considering the basic content like functional partition, attractions, line organization, the forest eco-culture content and activity form are mined, as the construction and expression of invisible carrier has been paid attention.
