A Research To Improve ML Company's Internal Control Of Engineering Project

With the development of China's economic, the real estate in our country from the 90 s began a rapid development,it's high profits and high speed development attracted a lot of resources into this industry which lead to the appearance of many new real estate company. The real estate market competition is intense, many enterprises pay attention to efficiency, lack of due attention to internal control, combined with the real estate project itself has a long construction period, investment and complex technology make the development of real estate enterprises encounter a lot of questions.The real estate enterprises began to gradually realize that the effective internal control is important to ensure the quality, safety and the progress of a project,and it is also important to the stable development of the enterprise.The real estate project has had a huge impact on the country or enterprise, how to strengthen and standardize the project internal control in our country has become a key factor to promote the healthy development of the high-speed economic.The company of ML has a set of perfect internal control regimes in the construction process of the peach garden project which played a guiding role on construction of the engineering. In this paper, on the basis of the theory of enterprise internal control system, according to the?enterprise internal control basic standard? and combined with the ? internal control application guidelines for enterprises no. 11-engineering project"?, with the construction of ML company's peach garden project as a case, according to the problems of internal control in the project's construction stage, from the five aspects of the control environment?risk assessment?control activities?information and communication and the internal supervision analysing the causes of the problems and put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the project internal control.
