| The 21 st century is the age of human comprehensive development and utilization of the ocean,with the “maritime power” and “the Belt and Road” Macro Strategy proposed,oceanic economy as a new economic growth point has played an important role in the modernization process of the whole economic development.The island economy as an important part of Marine economy,the development of island economy is a necessary part of the construction of a maritime power.Based on this background,research to enhance the comprehensive strength and optimize its industrial structure of the island County has important strategic significance.According to the characteristics of the island county economy from the economic aggregate,economic benefits,economic structure and economic promote four aspects to build the island county economy comprehensive strength evaluation index system,using principal component analysis method to the twelve island county comprehensive strength to do the evaluation and analysis the economic development bottleneck of Changhai County.This paper uses the triaxial diagram and entropy to analyze the development characteristics and the evolution processes of the industrial structure,sets up a dynamic grey correlation model of industrial structure,and deeply studies the internal relation between industrial structure and island economy.Then,using AHP and benchmark confirms the dominant industry.Researches show that:(1)The comprehensive economic strength of Changhai County ranks No.8,compared with the Putuo District ? Yuhuan County,it's still has a wide gap in economic total quantity and economic structure.Therefore,it's necessary to optimize the industrial structure and improve the economic total quantity,so as to enhance the level of comprehensive economic strength.(2)Changhai County belongs to the typical "one-three-two" resources-dependency industrial structure;With a high degree of non-equilibrium,the industrial structure develops extremely unbalanced;The dynamic correlation of industrial structure in all stages presents r01 > r02 > r03.(3)The direction of optimization of industrial structure in Changhai County,firstly,mainly in fisheries,efforts to develop ecological fishery.Secondly,with the adjustment of industrial structure,the center of economic development is turned to the third industry which is mainly based on the coastal tourism.Finally,with the help of Changhai County natural port resources,pull port trade,the export of aquatic products processing,turn the industrial structure to the "three-one-two" inthe direction of optimization and adjustment,realize the sustainable development of green economy in Changhai County. |
