| With the continuous development of social economy and powerful,chain operation mode in today’s market environment has become more and more popular.Along with the increasing number of chain stores,scale unceasingly expands,chain enterprises pay more and more attention to the performance management of the store,in order to timely grasp the chain store operation and management status,timely feedback,adjust business strategy.So the design of the performance evaluation system of chain stores has become the core content of the enterprise performance management.This paper takes advantage of the performance evaluation and the balanced scorecard theory,combined with the characteristics of XX chain at the same time,design a set of science,system suitable for XX enterprise performance evaluation system for the stores of the industry chain.This article first introduces the chain-like management,the performance evaluation index system and the balanced scorecard theory,on the basis of the above theoretical research,combining with the characteristics of XX chain industry,and the characteristics of the operation and management,and utilization of management by objectives,key performance indicators(KPIS)and the balanced scorecard system of the combination of the performance evaluation system design method to build a performance evaluation index system model.First to map the XX chain strategic map,and using the target management to XX chain enterprise’s strategic target decomposition,and combining with the financial dimension of the balanced scorecard,the customer dimension,internal business process dimension and learning and growth four dimensions will be strategic objectives into index,according to the principles and methods of the key performance indicators(KPIS),respectively,the financial index,index management,customer,learning and growth four aspects of the segment and specific indicators,design a three-level index,so as to build a performance evaluation system for the XX chain stores,and by using expert scoring method to determine the coefficient of the weight of each index in the performance evaluation system.Finally,in this paper design the XX chain stores based on performance evaluation index system,using the Power Designer the tools,based on the Power Builder development platform,using SQL Server database,design and develop the XX chain stores in the performance evaluation system,in order to achieve real-time monitoring onXX chain store performance and management. |
