With the rapid development of Internet communication technology and gradual coverage of the wireless network such as 4G on a global scale, consumption behavior of tourist is significantly influenced by changes such as rapid spread of intelligent mobile terminal, therefore, it is certain that tourism industry will be transformed and upgraded toward the direction of intelligence, however, since tourism is a comprehensive industry that is highly dependent on information, organization and spreading of tourism destination information have become the breakthrough for developing tourism. Constructing a tourism destination marketing system(DMS) in compliance with the development thought of intelligent tourism plays a great role in integrating the tourism industry in the region and improving the overall image and competitiveness of a tourism destination; meanwhile, constructing an intelligent tourism destination marketing system will enrich the study theory of the tourism destination system, providing theoretical guidance for further implementation of construction. The late start of domestic research on tourism destination marketing system leads to the absence of overall system planning theory in the aspect of theoretical investigation, and owing to the rapid development of information technology, research on the construction of traditional tourism destination marketing systems can not satisfy the requirements for developing modern tourism; and in the aspect of practice, the majority of the established DMSs at home only act as a traditional information service system while the modern marketing function thereof is not in good use.Technical line of this study starts with the correlation study of the background of intelligent tourism; then proceeds to constructing the system theory by taking the process of constructing the information system as the mainline; and in the end, puts the theory into practice with the application of examples. Specific contents start with the background of tourism information with the description of correlated theory of intelligent tourism destination marketing system; then proceed to the macro-control of the construction strategy of DMS from market opportunity analysis, profit motive analysis, strategy planning phase, strategy implementation phase and evaluation improvement phase by taking the construction process as the mainline; and then proceed to the systematic analysis of the tourism destination marketing system with respective introductions of the object and the feasibility analysis of the system and the requirement of the system; then, based on the systematic analysis, proceed to constructing the overall frame structure of the system “113N closed loop”, designing the intelligent functional module of the system, and then based on the database requirement analysis, establishing the data resource architecture to complete the construction of the intelligent DMS theoretical system; in the end, conducting the strategic planning and the systematic analysis to the DMS in Zigong city in combination with the current situation of the tourist market and information construction of Zigong city under the guiding ideology of intelligent tourism, finally, designing and implementing partial-function of the websites and mobile terminals of DMS.At last, under the guiding thought of intelligent tourism and in combination with multidisciplinary knowledge, this study has set up the overall architecture of “113N closed loop”, constructed the intelligent DMS theoretical system integrated with functions of information service, marketing and management, and applied the constructed theoretical system in constructing the intelligent DMS of Zigong city, the design of which achieves the overall functional framework of tourism websites and achieves the intelligent application of the mobile terminal by combining the location service and the push notification of tourism information.
