China's tourism industry started relatively late. Until 1986, the tourism industry was officially included in the national economic and social development plan. However, as the State Council in 1996 defined the tourism industry is the focus of the tertiary industry, the China's tourism industry has entered a phase of rapid development. At present, the tourism industry has become an important industry in China. With the rapid development of domestic tourism, the number of tourism destinations increased dramatically. Competition between tourism destinations is becoming more and more intense. Therefore, the study of tourism destination marketing has become very important. At the same time, researching the important influential factors of tourism destination marketing also has become an important issue.This paper first reviews the theories of tourism destination and marketing. And then this paper reviews the academic literature of domestic and international tourism destination marketing. This paper reviews that the research of tourism destination marketing are concentrated in four areas, namely, the image of a tourism destination, the network of information technology and tourism destination marketing, tourism destination promotions, destination marketing organizations.Next, after reading lots of researching documents and interviewing with experts, we identified 14 important influential factors of domestic tourism destination marketing from three aspects. i.e. the image of a tourism destination, "4P" marketing mix, tourism destination marketing organizations. We also build a model of important influencing factors.Then, using the Delphi Method in this paper, We invited the officials in charge of tourism, marketing professor (associate professor), tourism business managers and marketing managers, tour managers and marketing managers to consult the important influential factors of domestic tourism destination marketing. Then their opinion was analyzed with MATLAB and SPSS. On this basis, We ranked the importance of the important influential factors of domestic tourism destination marketing, and ultimately achieved satisfactory results. Finally, on the base of the study result, we put forward detailed domestic tourism destination marketing strategies.This paper is the first systematic study on the influential factors of the domestic tourism destination marketing. At the same time, this paper provided detailed domestic tourism destination marketing strategies. Therefore, this paper presents a theoretical and practical significance of the double.
