Risk Identification And Ways Of Mitigation In Russian IT Projects

This graduation qualification thesis is devoted to a question of research of risk identification of IT projects at the Russian market and specifics of management of such projects.The first chapter of the thesis presents research background, statement of the problem, research purpose, and method of study and significance of the thesis.The second part of thesis describes theoretical aspect of projects of system integration, and provides an overview of the role of such projects in the IT-market of Russia in its current state. It also gives a theoretical review of risk identification and methods for identification of risks of IT projects.The third part of thesis is devoted to practical identification and assessment of risks of IT projects. For carrying out an assessment the "Soft Line Trade" company is chosen as the platform. This chapter presents the assessment of the risks by using the recommended methods:"Delphi" to identify and collect risks of standard projects and system integration, the matrix of consequences and probabilities.The fourth chapter presents the development of risks mitigation of management of requirements, changes and risks of communications in detail. For an assessment of instruments of leveling of communicative risks of the project reports of analytical agency Gartner on one of the most popular directions of systems of communication of UCaaS have been considered, - cloudy solutions of corporate level for creation of communications. The assessment of online services for communication is also conducted.The analysis of work of project team has shown a need for creation of a uniform platform for communication in the project with the distributed participants from the different companies, and also with the assistance of individuals.
