Abstract/Summary:
With the developing of local marketing in mainland, new companies were growing faster and largely. This situation is not only stimulating the local consulting market, but also leads more challenges. More and more fierce competition situation for the consulting market in China mainland.Base on the studying of economic and marketing analysis of local market, we wants to find out the best marketing method to improving the AC Dalian competition and also can advise other consulting companies, when do developing in local market would be use this paper as reference.This paper mainly separated by two parts, one is to identify the cons and pros of the future local consulting market by analysis the macro-economic situation and culture, society changes. The second part is mainly to analysis the trend of changes of customers and consulting projects. These two parts was combined to find out the best marketing method for AC Dalian, which including products, Price, solution and service.etc.Though this paper only focus on the internal market of consulting, but this analysis would be used by other consulting companies which to develop theirs development in local market.
