The information technology services industry is very competitive, the company who have the core technology will survive and obtain long-term development. But from the reality of the situation, the core technology is not enough, the company who take the customer as the center will understand the needs of customers, so customer relationship management is a tool to win the competitive advantage.This article attempts to take the customer relationship management of GDC as the research object, reconstruction of customer relations management system, improving and optimizing its customer relationship management system. This research is combined with the background of GDC and the characteristics of the industry,then point out the existing customer relationship management problems in the GDC,such as customer relationship management confusion; customers of the company is lack of trust; contract management and other issues. This research established customer relationship management principles and ideas of the GDC. The end of the study from two aspects of the GDC points out customer relationship management optimization scheme for a better implementation of the measures, respectively regime guarantee and human resources security.This article will take GDC company as the research sample, Objective to analyse the GDC represented by information technology outsourcing company current situation and existing problems in customer relationship management (CRM), Try to provide some useful Suggestions. From the point of theoretical significance, this paper helps to deepen in the field of information technology service outsourcing industry customer relationship management theory research, For GDC company improve the marketing effect, optimize business processes, To improve the allocation of resources to improve theoretical basis and guidance; Its practical significance lies in:Represented by GDC company information technology service outsourcing company, implementation of customer relationship management (CRM), To strive for existing customers and sustained cooperation, realize customer value for contribution. Is beneficial to establish a trust mechanism between company and customers, For the healthy development of information technology service outsourcing industry plays a positive role in promoting.
