In the globalization,information network,competition internationalization, knowledge resource of the era background,China's economy is in rapid growth and has huge market potential,including the fastest-growing is auto manufacturing. International auto giant pouring into the Chinese market as well as to our country's auto industry has brought great challenge and competition. Automobile manufacturing enterprise in order to adapt to the current competition and challenges must change the traditional mode of production scheduling, then collaborative manufacturing is on the basis of the traditional manufacturing mode puts forward a new concept, is based on traditional level 3 integration plan, improve with other upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain of information exchange and integration, on the realization of reasonable and effective supply chain coordination, to increase the competitiveness of the supply chain has important theory value and practical significance.Paper mainly includes the following content:(1) of synergetics and auto parts enterprises produce and characteristics of collaborative planning, the present situation and the existing problems in detail, and introduces the this article main research scope, content and research methods. (2) of this paper are the theoretical basis of the introduction, such as hawking synergetics, automobile spare parts supply chain management and the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm and the improved Lagrangian relaxation algorithm to solve the problem,the advantages of collaborative management, etc.(3) according to the actual research, the research made a detailed analysis of the data and report, the system of the main content of the collaborative project management information system is given and the overall framework.(4) in this paper, using the data obtained from the investigation about the present situation of auto parts enterprises production scheduling plan simulation, simulation model and design. Will research data generation into the model calculation, the calculated results with the current enterprise widely used step by step plan decomposition result comparison, finally verifies the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is proposed in this paper to deal with the problem of auto parts enterprises supply chain collaborative planning of superiority, also proved the feasibility of the theory.Using the Lagrangian relaxation based on the research methods on technology will auto parts enterprises members of the supply chain partners is decomposed into independent subproblems,using updated Lagrangian multiplier to coordinate members of the decision-making, in not to interfere in each enterprise decision-making and private information under the premise of multi-stage coordination of supply chain collaborative planning optimization is realized.
