Production planning and production scheduling have always been two decision-making parts in production and operation management of process industry enterprises.The research on the optimization of the two parts is of great practical significance for improving the economic benefits and core competitiveness of process industry enterprises.The time dimension of production plan and production scheduling is different.If the production plan and production scheduling are optimized separately,the resulting production plan will often conflict with each other,which will easily lead to the infeasibility of the final production plan.Therefore,the integrated optimization of the two should be considered.Considering that some uncertain factors in production planning and scheduling may affect the solution results,and the integration model has large scale and many constraints,an effective method to solve the problem is urgently needed.Therefore,based on the collaborative optimization algorithm,this paper studies the uncertain production planning and production scheduling optimization problems in the process industry.The main research contents are as follows:(1)An integrated optimization method of demand uncertainty production planning and scheduling based on collaborative optimization is proposed.Considering the uncertain factors of market demand in production planning and scheduling,using the collaborative optimization algorithm architecture,the uncertainty model of production planning and scheduling is regarded as the subject level,and the total production cost model is regarded as the system level,and a double-layer structure optimization model composed of the system level and the subject level is established.Compared with other integrated optimization methods,the simulation results show that the proposed method has better global optimization ability and faster convergence speed.(2)By introducing risk management constraints to the planning layer of the integrated model of uncertain production planning and scheduling in process industry,the integrated optimization model of uncertain production planning and scheduling in process industry with risk management constraints is obtained.Comparing the result of this model with that of the original model,it is concluded that the integrated optimization model of uncertain production planning and scheduling in process industry with risk management constraints has lower risk in solving the expected production cost.The results show that the CO method can obtain a less risky scheduling scheme.
