Analysis Of The Application Behavior Of Organic Manure And Influencing Factors In Zhejiang Province

In recent years,the China fertilizer application amount continuously increases.According to relevant statistics,China chemical fertilizer use has been first in the world,China's chemical fertilizer from 884 million tons in 1978 increased to 5995.94 million tons in 2014.This not only makes agricultural production costs increased,also occurs soil colloid dispersion,destruction of soil structure and soil compaction and other phenomena,which lead to parts of the rivers,lakes and seas of eutrophication in a series of serious ecological and environmental problems.In recent years,the center attaches great importance to the organic fertilizer application,calling on all localities to vigorously promote the application of organic fertilizer,from 2004 to 2015 for 12 years,"San Nong"(agriculture,rural areas and farmers)published as the theme of the central document No.1,stresses the "San Nong issues" "top heavy" role in China's socialist modernization period.Organic fertilizer as an important part of farming is together into a central file,as the focus of future industrial development.Among them,Zhejiang Province in 2014 is the only pilot province listed by Department of agriculture as national ecological circular agriculture.From the microcosmic main body of organic fertilizer,and systematically study the organic fertilizer decision behavior of farmers,and analyze of rural households' behavior choices in the process of agricultural production,determining the input of organic fertilizer and other agricultural resources.Take Zhejiang Province as a sample,to explore the farmer's organic fertilizer use behavior,analyzing the influencing factors of farmer's organic fertilizer using behavior,and find out feasible countermeasures and suggestions,to help government departments to promote the use of organic fertilizer,improving the quality and safety of agricultural products,promote efficiency of farmers' income,improving the rural ecological environment,and promoting the sustainable development of the society,the agricultural economy.In this paper,based on land property rights theory,farmers' behavior theory and land intensive management theory,this paper studies the factors affecting the behavior of farmers' organic manure application.First on the basis of relevant literature,the establishment of influence farmer's organic fertilizer use behavior theoretical framework;secondly,in the cognition about the factors of influence on the farmer's organic fertilizer use behavior based,design the questionnaire,field investigation of organic fertilizer application situation of farmers in 124 households in three areas in Zhejiang Province.Finally,the factors effected on Farmers' willingness to use organic fertilizer by using the method of descriptive statistical methods and econometric models in-depth study,on the basis of this,further to the farmer's organic fertilizer dosage of influencing factors were analyzed.The results showed that the age of the head of household and the percent of agricultural income for the farmers' willingness to use organic fertilizer had negative correlation;while cultivated land,the land transferring period,crop types,areas and agricultural information concern degree will increase farmers' willingness to use organic fertilizer;level of education and agricultural farming labor quantity of household for the willingness influence is not significant.For further study of farmer's organic fertilizer dosage impact factors,Tobit model is used in this paper to study,figuring out that householder age had negative correlation;land transferring period,crop types,area and the agricultural information concern degree of farmer's organic fertilizer have positive effect;and level of education,agricultural farming labor quantity of household,the percent of agricultural income and area of cultivated land have no significant effect.Based on the above analysis,in view of the present situation of application of organic fertilizer of farmers,in order to guide farmers reasonable applying organic fertilizer,we should strengthen grass-roots agricultural extension station construction,improve farmers' access to agricultural knowledge,strengthen the organic fertilizer subsidies,establish a sound land circulation mechanism,strengthen farmers' popularization of knowledge to protect the ecological environment,and improve farmers' understanding of organic fertilizer.
