Research On The Problem That Urban And Rural Industry As A Whole Development Of Taiyuan City

China's urban and rural integration process has a long history,based on the conditions and requirements that led the country to the city,in order to promote agriculture have realized,it need urgently now to find new relying on urban and rural integration.Industry as the entity,engine and foundation of economy,it certainly plays a role of the axis in the process of urban and rural integration.Organic integration between urban and rural areas,as it were,is a complementary and coordinated process of industrial economy interaction.From the whole area system,it should form the harmonious relationships on the basis of the regional differences,comparative advantages and reasonable division of labor,to lay solid foundation for the integration of urban and rural structure.Shanxi province in 2010 was paproved as the comprehensive reform experimental area of national resources economic transformation.Resource-based city of Taiyuan as the premise of the reform,has been exploring the path of industrial upgrading and transformation.Taiyuan industrial integration between urban and rural areas still exist many problems in the process of data collection and practice: give priority to the industrial structure of traditional energy and material processing is unsustainable,agriculture accounted for small but single mode of operation,the isolated rural and urban development and dual structurecontradiction,etc.This paper discuss and comb the theory about the relationship between the integration of rural and urban and the industrial structure,and reviews the classical theory of industry development and layout,adopt more advanced areas of practice and experience,and thorough analyze the beneficial natural and social conditions to integration of rural and urban industry in Taiyuan city,also analyze the existing problems and weaknesses,quantitative analyze the advantage of industry development in each city and country using the location quotient index and data on the basis of the present situation of urban and rural industry development in Taiyuan,aim to form the network layout mode and development way of urban and rural industry integragion combing with the characteristics and advantages of urban and rural industry,finally put forward some macro suggestions about planning and public service system constructions to guarantee the realization of rural and urban industry as a whole from the external environment.It is not only beneficial to improve the quality of urban and rural integration,but alao provides a strong theoretical and guiding significance to other citys in urban and rural integration.
