Realty industry plays a crucial role in the construction of city. With the rapid development of Taiyuan's economy society culture and municipal construction, the realty industry in Taiyuan is faced with unprecedented opportunities. While setting up the market economic of the socialism in our country at present, the realty industry is becoming a new economic growth engine. But the realty industry in Taiyuan faces many difficulties in development. Based on practical investigation of realty industry in Taiyuan, this paper analyzes the present situations and existing problems of Taiyuan's realty industry, studies the Taiyuan urban realty industry policies and brings forward the development policy to improve the development of Taiyuan urban realty industry.This article introduces the history and present situations of Taiyuan's realty industry, describes the Taiyuan's realty industry policies, necessities and functions of the.study.
