With the development of global economic integration, enterprise or corporation, globalization has gradually become the mainstream trend, enterprise financial management problem has increasingly become the key to enterprise development, the traditional dispersion type financial management mode prone to financial costs rise, decline in efficiency and risk is difficult to control the problem. To reduce the financial costs of enterprises, improve the efficiency of the financial, implementation of business process standardization of financial sharing pattern emerges as the times require.This dissertation begins from the development process of financial shared mode to explain the purpose and significance of research is introduced, and research status at home and abroad on the second of the financial sharing; enterprise core competence theory, scale economy theory, process reengineering based on the theory of financial sharing theory, financial sharing function, applicability is expounded, and analyze the influencing factors of financial shared mode of operation; once again to the P Insurance Company organizational structure and Financial Sharing Center construction are introduced, based on the analysis of problems of Financial Shared P Insurance Company, and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions; finally summarized, put forward the shortcomings of this study, and the future trend of financial sharing development forecast.This research to P Insurance Company's Financial Shared Service Center, for example, lists the implementation of financial sharing mode, to achieve lower operating costs, improve capital payment, cost audit efficiency and achieve financial information processing and so on a series of results, but in the process of operation exist due to resource allocation imbalance leads to the grassroots business sector with the power shortage, financial management structure changes caused by financial team foundation is not solid, system is not perfect lead to a lack of integration of information technology, process reengineering plan caused by unreasonable financial sharing problem of the operation mode is not happy. Is proposed by optimizing the P Insurance Company internal environment, improve the information support system, safe guard system risk, continuous optimization of process reengineering strategies to improve, in order to help P Insurance Company to lay a solid foundation for further financial shared mode based, reduce financial cost, strengthen risk control, Promoting Financial Sharing Center run more smoothly.
