Research On The Organization Of Railway Fast Freight Transportation

In order to meet the requirements of the railway reform and development, in January2004, the executive meeting of the State Council to discuss brewing, through the "medium and long-term railway network planning". Proposed in the beginning of 2020 s, the national railway transport capacity to meet the needs of the national economy and social development,and its related important technical equipment need to reach or close to the international advanced level of development goals. From the planning to the present, with the continuous development of the domestic integrated transport system, as well as the continuous adjustment and optimization of the railway productivity layout, the transportation industry market competition becomes more and more fierce. Therefore, it is necessary to take the advantage of fast and on time as the freight transportation organization in the future development and reform.However, due to the limitation of the existing transportation organization mode, the domestic railway freight transport plan exists and timeliness of relative deviation, which has restricted Railway Express and high value-added goods in transportation market competition ability and development ability. So it is important to study the optimization of the organization mode of the fast freight transportation.This paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, the present situation of domestic and foreign research; second, the paper introduces the concept and organization mode of transportation organization. This paper mainly introduces the concept of railway transportation organization, the definition of railway transportation organization, the production of fast freight transportation and the concept and characteristics of railway express freight transportation. At the same time, the paper discusses the innovation and achievements of domestic and foreign railway express transportation organization. Third,the article takes Hohhot as the research phenomenon, analyzes the present situation of the railway transportation, and the optimization strategy and suggestion are put forward in the end.
