At present,the county electric power supply enterprises is affected by management system limitations,many problems left over by history,the foundation is weak and other factors,there are still many problems in the county electric power supply enterprise.The China State Grid Corp has made arrangements to fully understand the importance of stren Ghening the county electric power supply enterprise management and urgency,earnestly organize the investigation and management of the outstanding contradictions and problems,and strenGhen the construction of ideological style discipline leadership county electric power supply enterprise,in-depth study to reform and development of the county electric power supply enterprise policy and institutional issues. Therefore,the county electric power supply enterprise to resolve the outstanding contradictions and problems the first is to solve the salary problem.Along with the market economy system and the development of the electric power system reform,the work of county level power supply enterprises have a qualitative change, only the staff salary or stay on the basis of the original distribution,and as the pay of manpower resource,the distribution is reasonable,directly related to the staff's working enthusiasm the influence of the rational allocation of human resources,and affect the economic efficiency of enterprises and market competition ability.In order to meet the requirements of modern electric power enterprise management, improve the effective incentive and restraint mechanisms,and strenGhen the sense of responsibility,clear management responsibilities,to promote the construction of modern electric power enterprise strategic target, the author in the electric power enterprise compensation management reform,to the G electric power supply company as an example,first analyzes the research status of the salary of the county electric power supply enterprise,through the development of interview and questionnaire survey,the existing salary system of G electric power company,the problems were analyzed,and finally the modern compensation theory,combined with the work of G electric power supply enterprise, based on reality,try to find some solutions to this problem.
