With the development of market economy and the constant deepening of the national electric power system reform,a large state owned electric power enterprise(Enterprise A),which is located in southern China,continuously expands and growing the intense market competition.After taking over 13 county level power supply companies,Enterprise A changes the outdated facilities and equipment of the county companies by heavily investing in the network construction for electrical equipment,transmission lines and transformers and others,which helps to upgrade the county power grid.But the county power companies which goes in its own way suffers various problems,including unbalanced electric power information network,unstandardized business,unprofessional technology,unbalanced business function,and disadvantaged management and technique uses situation.So these companies fall behind Enterprise A greatly.It not only restricts the development of the county companies and the local economy,but also affects the competitiveness of the whole power supply system in the international and domestic market,and influences the overall and strategic electric power network development.In order to achieve the strategic goal of strong power grid,high asset quality,good service,outstanding performance and implement the working thoughts of putting emphasis on the development,management,operation,and being first-class.Enterprise A is built a leading enterprise abroad and at home,featured by commercialization,good service,and high integration and to create integrated and standardized management process and improve the management methods and work efficiency.All that Enterprise A is to promote its internal management and technology application.Given a new round of construction of customer service support system for the county electric power supply companies,the study,based on the working thoughts of intensive and integrated management of Enterprise A aims to create a modern comprehensive interactive network information service by employing modern communication technology,computer network technology and the wide area Internet network as well as innovative control methods.It is also to solve the problems of the county electric information data network,including sporadic information reporting,unbalanced development non-standardization,and to create efficient and convenient channels for business handling of electricity sale,a new account creation,inquiry,power failure repair,complaints,power cut notice and payment,which is beneficial to achieve integrate and modernized business hand ling and to improve work efficiency,enhance the risk prevention within the enterprise,and to ensure the operation of power supply controllable,reliable,safe and stable.Based on the strategic developing pattern of Enterprise A,the paper conducts the research on the construction of customer service support system for the county electric power supply company from three aspects of basic analysis,technology design,and practical test.Basic analysis: it focuses on the research background and the research significance.The current situation and existing problems of the county power supply companies are also explored systematically.Meanwhile,it also analyzes the feasibility of the construction of unified customer service support system and makes clear the contents and goal of the system as well as designs the tasks and process of the system construction.Technology: the theory of customer relationship management and related technology are expounded,based on the features of the county power supply distribution.The paper is also to summarize the business needs,design a plan of upgrading the old network,and conduct research on technology structure and network integration,the construction of software and hardware platform,and system network design etc.,which helps to create a complete system and technology framework.Practical test: the paper develops the system of control and acceptance,training and evaluation for the quality of the project construction and makes a systematic analysis and conclusion on the economic and social benefits in the process of construction and application.When being carried out among the county power supply companies,the project has been highly appraised! The implementation of the project will upgrade the management of the county companies! It plays an important role in standardizing the management and improving the working efficiency of the power supply companies at the primary level,as well as serving the development of local economy.This paper tends to be practical research,which is targeted,feasible,applicable and instructive.
