Through cost analysis in Alantac Company, the enterprises in a lower cost management, using a single method, and especially control the product cost. We proposed using more cost control methods and management methods to control costs. And based on income statement establish the model of cost control and management. Break down the cost work into product cost control, fees control and expenses control. First, using activity-based cost method to work out the budget costs of product, then using target cost method to determine the target cost of product, split the target cost. And using Kaizen, 6s Management, Total Quality Management to mange and control each activity cost of product. Using target-activity cost method to work out the total budget costs of fees and expenses based on the level of corporate profits. Budget the cost level by using zero-based budget. Combine Fees and expenses with the aim of control and the level of cost expense, identify possible project cost control targets, and carry on cost management control to the expense of cost project. In cost control process, always guide of "continuous improvement", and constantly seek improvements to reduce costs on the basis of cost control. Through the use of research, asking to enhance the concept of costs control, and enhance their knowledge, with high quality of the team, strict system management to support the various costs management and control methods. This article provides guidance and reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
