In recent years, under the policy guidance of building automobile industry chain of the government, car ownership and the market of auto parts have maintained a good growth. In the era of e-commerce when e-commerce becomes the important platform for the development of enterprises, it has become a hot social issue for auto parts enterprises to make full use of their resources to carry out highly effective marketing.This paper takes YF parts enterprises marketing model as the research object, expounds the application of the e-commerce technology in the parts and components industry, deals with the present situation and existing problems of YF enterprise marketing mode, with the basic knowledge of e-commerce and theoretical marketing knowledge. On the basis of sufficient market research, it makes a thorough analysis on the problems of YF enterprises, offering a proposal that YF parts enterprises adopt “B2B2C+O2O” mode of online and offline sales for development in the e-commerce environment, constantly innovate marketing model, so as to provide the safeguard measures for YF enterprises to improve the management methods and upgrade the marketing model.The research of this essay offers the reference for the future development and perfection of marketing model of YF enterprises' components. Based on the fact, it explains fully that, in the face of increasingly cruel competition in the parts market under the e-commerce environment, precise localization of marketing strategy has a positive role in promoting the enterprises' sales quota, expanding market share, establishing brand image, improving product and service quality and so on. Meanwhile, with the study of this case, it also provides some information for reference to other auto parts manufacturers to work out the marketing model suitable for their self-development.
