The Drug Administration System In China Construction And Development Research

The safety of drugs is directly related to people’s health and life safety, therefore the monitoring of drug safety is always an important issue in social regulation field. The drug regulatory mechanism in our country is imperfect,therefore, it’s an urgent program to gradually increase the innovation of China’s drug regulatory mechanism and strengthen supervision and management of drugs.This Text is divided into four parts:Introduction generally states the train of thought of the research and research methods. The second part focuses on the current structure of China’s drug supervision and management system, and also introduces the drug regulatory system of the developed countries. The third part analizes the current process of drug supervision and management problems from three levels:registration and management lack of regularity; registration mechanism does not completely meet the deveolopment of the pharmaceutical industry; provide service for supervision department under the overall administration of local government; services in a regulatory part of the landscape professional supervision efficiency is not high; local protectionism is rampant; enterprises, as the main responsible party, pay more attention to hardware instead of software;the information of the phaceutical production is asymmetric. There are still a lot of enforcement difficulties during the current drug regulatory process. Part IV puts forward the improvement and development of drug supervision and management system of measures:deepen the reform of drug registration management system,improve the function of various departments under the overall responsibility of the local government,and fully exert the effect as third-party supervision.
