| In the traditional sense, the end of the northeast hinterland of Yingkou port is turning into a transit port for the world. In order to break the regional restrictions, the Internet thinking into business activities, enhance service capabilities, build the whole logistics service system. Yingkou port is put forward to comprehensive use of modern information technology, development and utilization of port logistics economy information resources, support the activities of production and operation of the port economic and efficient operation, promote the development of regional economy, share information and exchange data between regional logistics hub.The research of this paper is divided into four parts:In the first part, the related theory is introduced, which is the theoretical basis for the later research.The second part, the construction situation of Yingkou port modern logistics service platform analysis, mainly analysis the software platform of the project construction progress control situation, and summarized research progress control in the actual case, the existence of the problem.The third part, analyzes the causes of the problems in the process control of the actual cases, that is, the analysis of influencing factors, aiming to determine the impact conditions, so as to put forward the method and measures to solve the problem.The fourth part, put forward the solution to the problem, and realize the goal of this paper,In this paper, based on the current port development environment, taking Yingkou port as the main research object, combined with the basis of China’s logistics industry, the project schedule control and research of Yingkou port modern logistics platform. In order to provide some suggestions and measures on how to effectively strengthen the control of the software project of Yingkou port group, and provide valuable experience for the future construction of the information project in Yingkou port. |
