| With the growing of society, humans have stepped from industrial times into information age,big data age and intelligence age.The development of information is major trend of current generation development, which represent advanced productivity, and inspire new energy of socio-economic.Due to the popularization of computer and internet, social development process has been speeded up basically, and speed economy progressive replace scale economy, time becomes more expensive. In the intense competitive environment,Company G which mainly works on projects must perform scientific project schedule management to gain valuable time in order to capture market opportunities. This paper takes the schedule management of the operation and maintenance software development project of company G as the research object and sort out the project schedule management theory. Then, this paper analyzes the shortage of project schedule management from the current management status of Company G.Next,in order to make the schedule management of Company G operation and maintenance software development project more scientific and effective, the work breakdown structure of the project is performed, and the project work package period is estimated using the three-point estimation method, and the critical path method is applied to find out the critical path of the project. To ensure the project schedule is carried out well, this paper uses Monte Carlo methods for simulation and optimization of project schedule estimation, chooses the Root Square Error method to set the buffer, applies the backward scheduling to arrange the project schedule, and adopts the improved three-color buffer management method to monitor and manage the project schedule.Based on the above research conclusions, the operation and maintenance software development project of Company G was completed on schedule, and the scientific project schedule management method was introduced into the project schedule management system of Company G.It provides a reference for the project schedule management of other projects of Company G and provides a reference for the project schedule management of similar projects of peers. |
