Research On Countermeasure Of Electronic Information Industry Development In Panjin

Currently, with the striking rapidly growth rate of the Electronic Information Industry, which relying on the computer, communication and network technology as its main body, which also be regarded as the most important strategic industry in the world today. The Electronic Information Industry, it has become the strategic, fundamental and guiding pillar industry of national economy, also has played the significant role in promoting social employment, stimulating economic growth, adjusting the industrial structure, changing the mode of development and maintaining the national safe security.In the research proceeding of this paper, it is completed specially including the methods of literature research, factor analysis, descriptive data analysis, comparative research methods and others. This research is composed of four parts, the first part is the abstract, which is illustrated from the background, the purpose and the significance of choosing subject, it also contains relevant concepts, literature review, research methods and others. The second part is based on the comparative analysis of Electronic Industry Development present situation and location quotient in Panjin, especially focus on current existing problems and reasons during the development process of Electronic Information Industry in Panjin. In a third part of this paper, according to the theories of regional division of labor trade and enterprise cluster as the theoretical basis, also considering the experience of Electronic Information Industry in more developed urban cities, such as Wuxi and Dongguan, so as to formulate the basic solution plan of the development of Electronic Information Industry in Panjin, which is used for analyzing the feasibility of this development plan of Electronic Information Industry in Panjin.
