The Influence Of Social Capital To The Urbanization Of The Rural Population Transfer

With the advancement of reform and opening up,in the current China's urbanization process,a large number of rural population transferred into the city,so the problem of urbanization to rural population transfer placed an important position,this process is like a complicated project.The urbanization of the rural population transfer is not only to break the exist of dual structure in our country city and country side,to achieve in work roles,identity,recognition and space transfer level changes,the key is to realize the special groups in social security,the transformation of the thoughts,habits and so on.Due to the progressive development of agricultural modernization,rural population transfer in complete their farming,go out to work,this makes their work has changed,which is not simply called farmers at the same time.They were given a image appellation “migrant workers”,citizens in the form of the surface only,but because of in our country there is no perfect household registration system,the transfer of the rural population does not implement public connotation.Due to the change of household registration,engaged in not agricultural work is just the surface of the urbanization of the rural population transfer phenomenon,how to realize the “ real change is the essential feature of the citizen ”,so the whole society has focused on the issue of urbanization of rural population transfer,if can not solve the problem of the urbanization of the rural population transfer,the rural surplus labors have been in non-citizenship status,this will not only affect the healthy development of China's urban economy,and will threaten the building of harmonious society in China.there are many factors to affect the urbanization of rural population transfer,such as formal system and hider factors of social capital,which include three main factors :trust,norms,and social capital network,which can be used to promote cooperation way to improve the efficiency of the whole society. Promote agricultural transfer of population citizenship is an extremely complex systems engineering, both inseparable from government, business, the public power from exogenous, is also inseparable from the agricultural population transfer their endogenous power, the four indispensable.Capital structure of rural society mainly covers geographical, kinship, blood ties to social relations, this form of social capital relatively narrow, resulting in the transfer of rural population in the lifestyle, career choices, innovative concepts, and social communication circle, unable to communicate with city residents establish effective communication between, in addition to migrant workers can not enjoy the most basic of basic urban public services, lack of self-organization for the rural population transfer services, political participation and institutional guarantee. Social capital would not only affected migrant workers in urban jobs, but also have a certain impact on migrant workers in the city to get the economic and social status, restricted the people of migrant workers in the process. However, the transfer of rural population to promote the process of the public is not well in the process of still encounter this kind of obstacles and difficulties, such as obstacles to economic, organizational, institutional and quality aspects.It is from the perspective of the social capital,this paper the analyses the study of urbanization of the rural population transfer,through the analysis of the history and current situation in the process of urbanization of rural population transfer impact on its social capital,relative feasible suggestions are put forward based on this problem.
