Along with the emergence of new patterns of global economic integration, the competition among the enterprises becomes more intense,the tempo of modern life is changed from slow to fast, enterprise employees should not only face the pressure of work, but also take into account the size of the family things, so how to balance family and work to promote relations has become an important problem which employees have to face. On the positive perspective of work-family relationship, work-family facilitation enterprise employees to maintain positive mental attitude, accumulate the psychological capital, and promote the formation of positive behavior by psychological capital. By looking for more opportunities, with higher hope of success. Based on the theroy, which is the reason to think that work-family facilitation can affect career success through psychological capital.This study adopts questionnaire survey to investigate 316 employees in 3 enterprises from Beijing, Zhengzhou,and Xinxiang. and statistical methods which contains independent samples T-test,one-way ANOVA investigate the difference of work-family facilitation in demographic,and correlation analysis,regression analysis and Bootstrap method used in analysis the relationship among work-family facilitaion,psychology capital and career success. The employee's work-family facilitation can be divided into work facilitation family and family facilitation work,career success is evaluated from the perspective of both subjective and objective,subjective represent career satisfaction,objective represent internal competition and external competition, examine the mediating effect of psychological capital as the mediating variable.Aims to provide a basis for promote the employee achieve to career success,and provide recommendations to improve the level of employee's psychological capital,This study get the following conclusion:1. In the variance analysis of the demographic variable on employees' work-family facilitation, employees have no significant difference in the two aspects of sex and work experience. but there are significant differences in marital status,and there are significant difference on work facilitate family in employees' age and the types of work.2. Work- Family facilitation exerts a significantly positive effect on employees' career success.The psychological capital exerts a significantly positive effect on employees' career success.work- family facilitation exerts a significantly positive effect on employees' psychological capital.3. Psychological capital partly mediates the relationship between work facilitation family and career satisfaction, psychological capital absolutely mediates the relationship between work facilitation family and external competitiveness, psychological capital absolutely mediates the relationship between work facilitation family and internal competitiveness, psychological capital absolutely mediates the relationship between family facilitation work and career satisfaction, psychological capital iabsolutely mediates the relationship between family facilitation work and external competitiveness completely, psychological capitalabsolutely mediates the relationship between family facilitation work and internal competitiveness.Finally, this research discussand explain the results of the study; In view of the enterprise employee's career success,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, and points out the deficiency existing in this research and the future research direction.
