As a society, organization and family are two important fields of individual life, and occupation is the indispensable part of one’s life, effective career management, and successful career. As the backbone of enterprises, young employees want to achieve self value in their jobs and occupations. Work and family are the most important factors during the role transformation of individual young employees. Because of limited time and energy resources, Work Family Conflict will affect the success of one’s career. At the same time, in the global economic crisis, the degree of organizational commitment for young enterprise’s Staff may also hinder the staff to carry on the effective career management, thereby affecting their career success. Therefore, it is necessary and important to do some deeper research on work family conflict, organizational commitment and other factors affecting employee career success. We think it is also benefit to the modern enterprise human resource managers, and have important and far-reaching theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, a Shenzhen small and micro businesses Jia Ling Company is taken as an example for us to study young employee career management. In view of the current situation and deficiency in Jia Ling Company on Employee Career Management, the two main factors such as career management and work family conflict that affect career success greatly are studied, based on the relevant theories on organizational commitment, work family conflict and employee career success, by using the methods such as specific literature research method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, charts and other typical empirical research approaches. In this paper, we put forward the basic research hypothesis on the relationship between work family conflict and career success, as well as organizational commitment and occupation career success. At the same time, the questionnaire including 88 receptions from Jia Ling Company was adopted in the design of the mature scale, using questionnaire method to collect the relevant data. And then we use SPSS21.0 to perform reliability, validity, correlation and regression analysis. Moreover we verify our research hypothesis by the obtained data on the young employee career management from Jia Ling Company. The results of this study show that:work family conflict and the career success showed significant positive correlation; Organizational commitment and career success has significant positive correlation. Finally, combining the conclusions of this study, we hope our study can do good to better promotion for Jia Ling Company on the young employee career management and give our managemental suggestions for this aim.Jia Ling Company is a sample enterprise in this paper, but it is one of the typical private Small and Micro Enterprises which are facing a important problem on young employee career management. Therefore, we hope this study has not only the vital significance to the enterprise human resources management and employee career development, but also can provide certain theoretical guidance and practical reference to other private Small and Micro Enterprises in China.
