This new research field of organizational behavior is rapidly developing in recent years.With its continued development, the position of followers has gradually penetrated into the vision of researchers,the research on the followers is further deepened.In a formal organization, almost all people are followers, "followers determine success or failure of the enterprise" has become a reality. In this study, enterprise employees are regarded as followers or as potential followers.Followers' motivation is the cause of employees' following behavior and dynamic support, and it's a kind of psychological activity pointing to the leaders. Related studies show that it includes three dimensions of the leaders' charisma,team keep and personal goals achieve.The related literature indicates that the research on followers' motivation mainly cocentrates on its relationship with job satisfaction or turnover intention.However,there is not a lot of research about followers' motivation,job involvement, and job performance.The impact mechanism between the three issues still need to be further explored. Therefore, this article investigates the present situation of the followers' motivation, and enriches the study of the three variables above.In this study, on the basis of literature analysis,and the questionnaire survey,this study collected and analyzed surveys from a sample size of 318 employees from Xu Chang? Zheng Zhou and other places,using the followers' motivation scale, job involvement, job performance scale,at a same time,we conducted a series of statistical analysis by using SPSS 18.0 software, and concluded the following conclusions:(1) In general, employees' followers' motivation is above the average level, with the highest score on the team keep dimension.(2) The Overall level of female employees' followers' motivation and its score on each dimension are higher than male employees.(3) On Nature of the jobs, there are significant difference on the some dimensions of employees' followers' motivation. Here as follows: On team keep aspect, the scores of employees in technical and administrative, manufacturing positions are significantly higher than staff in management positions; On personal goals achieve dimension,employees' scores in management positions, technical positions, marketing and administrative job, manufacturing positions are significantly higher than other employees' scores.(4) On age, there are significant difference on the dimensions of the leaders' charisma.(5) On Level of education and working seniority aspect,there is no significant difference among employees' followers' motivation of total score and scores on each dimension(6) Employees' followers' motivation has a significant positive prediction to the job involvement, job performance.(7) Job involvement plays a partial mediation role between followers' motivation and job performance.(8) job involvement plays a complete mediation role between personal goals achieve and work performance.
