With the development of science and technology, enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges, but as the most important factor for the development of enterprises, "team-building", should pay close attention to. At present, many enterprises in the rapid development of the business have neglected the importance of team building. Therefore, how to do a good team building is one of the important issues of enterprise stability.KP Company is a private joint-stock enterprises, the main businesses are commercial real estate development and self-sustaining property. In recent years, a number of businesses have made substantial progress, enterprise scale from a single project development to multi project parallel to promote the status quo. With the rapid expansion of business scale, the scale of employees has expanded nearly 6 times. The pace of team building has not kept pace with the needs of business development. In order to solve the problems in the team building, we need to analyze the status quo of the KP Company. Under the premise of determining the environmental impact, the questionnaire survey was carried out from five aspects, which are the team environment, the system effectiveness, the validity of the system, the validity of the operation, and the staffs opinion. Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey, the cause of the problem is to focus on four key points, which are lack of positive culture guidance, lack of basic system, team is not mature, lack of job evaluation and incentive system. In order to solve the above problems, the four principles are formulated to solve the problem of team building, which is the principle of validity, the principle of system, the principle of rationality and the principle of people-oriented. On the basis of the principles, a series of measures are taken to solve the problem, including the establishment of a unified corporate culture, building a learning organization, the rules and regulations, improve the work evaluation mechanism and the smooth flow of multi element incentive channel. In the implementation of the above measures, the development of the construction of professional organizations, communication mechanisms, training and other relatively sound protection content to make this team building program in the company to be implemented. After effect evaluation, the team building program unified the staff thought, promoted the enterprise in the human resources management ability, set up a scientific evaluation system, strengthen the construction of learning team, increase the trust of employees.In summary, the scheme solves the KP company existing team construction; enhance the competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises. For other similar enterprises in team building and reform of enterprises to provide reference. At the same time, in the process of solving the problem of the KP company team, the lack of how to make the team building beyond the needs of employees to think and demonstrate. This issue also needs to be further improved in the future work.
