At present, the mileage of China’s expressways already reached 85,000kilometers, which behind only America and ranks second in the world. With China’soverall strength enhancing, in order to meet the demand of the national economy, ourcountry will still build more expressways. To the contractor, it is not only anopportunity, but it also will bring new risks, because the cycle of highway constructionproject is long, and the condition of topography is complex. How to correctly identifyrisks, and carry on the effective risk management, becomes a stay of research.On the basis of a large number of related materials, and use abundant results ofdomestic and foreign scholar’s research, the thesis standing at the contractor’s point ofview, for the construction risk of expressway construction project made analysis,estimate, and prevent. In the risk analysis stage, from the controllability and sourceidentify each risk of the construction, and expounds the formation mechanism of riskin detail. According to the mechanism of risk, build a contractor construction riskevaluation index system, including 5 secondary and 15 third-class indexes, thesecondary indexes are owner risk, its own risk, the third party risks, socialenvironment risk, natural environmental risks, and analysis the risk indexes, given thequantitative and qualitative mathematical formula. In the risk evaluation stage,introducing the system engineering theory, the Efficacy–Theory, the genetic algorithmand the fuzzy mathematics theory, construct a multi-objective fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model, use the weights optimization model to assignment the riskevaluation index weight, and then use the genetic algorithm to calculate, finally to NFhighway for example, collect data and input model, the conclusion is that this highwayconstruction contractor risk is higher, and then puts forward measures to prevent risks.The multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in this paper tries tocombine the risk management and construction schedule, cost and quality control goal,comprehensive evaluation the risk, and obtains the best evaluation results, made a newattempt in the area of expressway construction project risk assessment, in order tomake a small contribution to this area of research.
