Finally through of DT Company data collation and score results, analysis the performance evaluation system application effect of the DT Company, make up for the deficiency of DT Company original performance evaluation system, put forward in DT Company implementation of the new performance evaluation system is proposed:to create a good cultural atmosphere; set up efficient performance evaluation implementation team; a clear implementation of the process of all levels of personnel division of labor; perfect performance evaluation and supervision feedback mechanism.
